IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. It is for people who intend to study or work where English is the language of the communication. It measures their ability to communicate in English across all 4 skills i.e. Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Since 1989 IELTS has been proven and trusted worldwide. With over 700,000 test takers every year it is one of the fastest growing standardized English Language Test and is internationally accredited.

It is conducted by British Council U.K; IDP, Australia and some other authorized agencies. In India these agencies have numerous examination centers and on an average every week the examination take place at one or another centre.
