If you want to immigrate to Canada, there are a few different ways to apply. You will need to decide    which immigration program will work best for you and your family.

  • SKILLED WORKER visas are issued to applicants who are thought to have the skills to establish themselves economically in Canada. In order to qualify through this route you must fulfill one of these three requirements:

There are also a number of minimum requirements that must be satisfied in order for the application to be processed.

·         PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM (PNP): Each of Canada's provinces that have signed up to the PNP looks to select migrants who will benefit it in some way. The PNP application is not assessed against the same six criteria as a Skilled Worker visa.

  • QUEBEC-SELECTED SKILLED WORKERS: For people selected by the Quebec government to settle and work in Quebec .Quebec is able to establish its own immigration requirements and select immigrants who will adapt well to living in Quebec. As per the federal immigration system, the three main classes of immigration available are: skilled worker, business immigrant or family member of a Canadian citizen currently living in Quebec.
