IELTS
“International English Language Testing System” is a standard test
required to pass with enough bands to obtain admissions in foreign
Universities and to meet the requirements of professional migration
and Immigration.
There are four modules
1.
Listening
2.
Reading
3.
Writing
4.
Speaking
All the modules are compulsory and designed to check the proficiency
in English. There is no pass or fail marks in IELTS. Applicant have to
score bands, the maximum band is 9 and how much you requires is vary
from case to case. In general a student needs 6 bands to obtain
admission in foreign universities. But, there are few cases where
students can get admissions with less than 6 bands. Thus, the best
option is to consult with your counselor with the query of bands
required to be eligible for Immigration, PR or to get admission.
