Obtain Application Form

• Make Online Payment To obtain APPLICATION FORM Through Post/Courier.

• Collect it from our Authorised Form Issue Counters on cash payment of Rs. 500/- only.

• Send an Account Payee DD / Pay-Order (payable at Patiala) of Rs. 500/- in favour of “EIITJEE, PATIALA” at our Corporate office.

• Send Money Order of Rs. 500/- at our Corporate office and address to which Application Form is to be send.

Apply for Classroom Contact Programmes

1.         For IIT-JEE/AIEEE/PRE-MEDICAL

·        Send completely filled Application Form along with requisite enclosures (Permanent Identity Card + Photo Card) through registered post / courier or it can also be submitted in person at our Corporate Office.

·        Do not send TEMPORARY IDENTITY CARD, fill it and keep it with you, this will be used to Appear in Entrance Test. After selection bring it with you at the time of fee deposition.

·        Completely filled Application Form should reach us before the last date of form submission. Refer Date Chart

2. Entrance Test Result:

• Will be declared on the date mentioned in Date Chart.

• Will be displayed on Institute’s Notice Boards as well.

• Will also be posted on our website www.eiitjee.com

• Will also be sent through SMS to the successful candidates

3.  Payment Mode of Fee

• Fee is acceptable only through Single Crossed Demand Draft / Pay-Order of requisite amount. Refer Fee Chart

• Demand Draft / Pay-Order should be in favor of "EIITJEE, PATIALA" from Nationalized Bank, payable at Patiala(Punjab).

• Student must write his/her Name & Application Form Number on the back side of Demand Draft / Pay-Order.

• Fee will also acceptable by Cheque in favour of EIITJEE, Patiala /by cash at our Corporate office.

 Fee Deposition Procedure

 For IIT-JEE/AIEEE/PRE-MEDICAL

 Those who qualify the Entrance Test are required to deposit 1st Installment of Total Fee by any of the following suitable means.

• By Post

• You may send your completely filled application form along-with Demand Draft through post / courier. Make sure that your FEE must be received at our Corporate Office atleast two days before the date of commencement of classes.

• After sending your Fee, you must contact in person along-with your TEMPORARY IDENTITY CARD at the institute, one day before the date of commencement of classes to get your BATCH.

• By Hand
  Fee can be deposited by candidate in person with the following enclosures.
  a. Temporary Identity Card.
  b. Completely filled application form.
  c. Single Crossed Demand Draft / Pay-Order for Total Fee Payable.
  Fee Deposition Counters will be at : “EIITJEE” S.C.O 140, First Floor, Chhoti Baradari, Patiala

      IMPORTANT:
After depositing the fee, institute will paste a sticker of BATCH on your TEMPORARY IDENTITY CARD, by which you can attend classes according to the Batch Wise Schedule provided you at the time of admission.

Apply for Distance Learning Programmes

     1. For all the Courses of IIT-JEE, PRE-MEDICAL & AIEEE [Test Series, Study Material & Joint Package)

Send completely filled Application Form along with requisite enclosures through registered post / courier or it can also be submitted in person at our Corporate Office. Student has to send following enclosures along with Application Form -
a. Completely Filled application form.
b. Demand Draft / Pay-Order
c. Permanent Identity Card & Photo Card
