This is a multi-specialty hospital with all facilities of modern & well equipped air-conditioned operation theater / having Electro -cautery / Boyle apparatus / Pulse-Oximeter / Ventilators / ECG and other modern apparatus. All kinds of operations of General Surgery / Orthopaedic surgery / ENT / Paediatric Surgery/ Plastic Surgery / Gynaecology and Trauma cases and poisoning cases of all kinds, are done. A Intensive care unit is maintained by the Under-signed himself. Cases of medicine requiring emergency treatment and intensive care and requiring respiratory support are tackled efficiently in this hospital.
 
 
 
Hospital is equipped with three Ventilators which have saved many precious lives of patients , who were brought with Cellphos and OPC poisoning .

A small child of 8 years , playing in kitchen garden got inhalational insecticide poisoning and brought to this hospital in unconscious state with compromised respiratory effort. Was given standard treatment of OPC Poisoning and kept on the ventilator for 3 days and sent home , fully recovered.
We have very encouraging results in Cellphos poisoning. This month only we have on record two cases of Cellphos poisonig , who consumed one tablet of Aluminium Phosphide , each, police was informed in both cases. They were given anti-shock treatment and both had raised values of CpkMB ( more than 25 ) , which indicates effect of Cellphos , causing Myocarditis. Both were given Mag.Sulphate drip and kept on low-dose dopamine and continuous oxygenation and sent home in satisfactory condition. Their names and pics not given here because of being medico-legal cases.



This Patient had Enteric Perforation of distal ileal area amd Laprotomy reveled the same .The perforation was sealed and repaired.Patient discharged fully cured.

 


Young man had Obstructed Inguinal Hernia. Emergency Surgery saved his Intestines.
