Gupta is a fellow member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and member of Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI). He heads the indirect tax which include VAT, Sevice Tax and GST. He handles corporate clients across a wide range of industries. Further he has wide experience of Statutory audit, Internal audit, Tax audit, systems and management audit and Bank audits and Delhi VAT. Prior to start independent practice, Gupta worked with a Delhi based renowned chartered Accountant firm of CA Amarjit Chopra. At present CA Amarjit Chopra is President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2010-11.

CA Mohan Juneja

Juneja is a fellow member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) .He heads direct taxes for companies, partnership firms, LLP, Idviduals, transfer pricing practice, merger & acquisition services. He handles corporate and multinational clients across a wide range of industries. Juneja has extensively experienced of statutory audit of PSU and Banks, Internal audit, Income tax matters, International Taxation and transfer pricing. Prior to start independent practice, Juneja worked with a Delhi based renowned chartered Accountant firm of CA Amarjit Chopra. At present CA Amarjit Chopra is President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2010-2011.

CA Neeraj Kumar

Kumar is a fellow member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Kumar is qualified diploma holder in Information System Audit of ICAI. Kumar do M&A, Business setup process, Accounting, Company Incorporation, Board meetings, ROC Matters, RBI & FCGPR matters. He heads the income tax, statutory audit, Internal audit, Tax audit, systems and management audit and bank audits. He also heads the project funding including extensively liaised work. Kumar has worked for a leading chartered Accountant firm based in Patiala.
