The campus is located in an ideal setting. Located on Patiala-Bhadson Road, on the outskirts of the Royal City of Patiala, near the upcoming new campus of Rajiv Gandhi National Law University, CIMT provides an ideal ambience for higher learning.

The college building has been built according to the norms fixed by the AICTE and Punjab Technical University. Class rooms, faculty rooms, departmental offices, conference/seminar halls, tutorial rooms and administrative offices have been built and furnished according to the latest sophisticated technology and architectural aesthetics. All offices, class rooms and activity rooms have been equipped with latest audio-visual aids and user friendly furniture.

Ø       Library

“Library is the soul of an educational institution”, keeping this fact in mind a fully air-conditioned, well-stocked, completely computerized library has been established. It is housed in a spacious area spread over an area of 2800 sq ft. It contains separate reading room and study stations for student and faculty. The whole building is properly ventilated and lighted, creating an ideal study ambiance. Internet connectivity is provided in library for online accessibility.      

The library is well-equipped with books on various subjects and has following features :

Ø       Computer Lab

A fully air-conditioned computer lab has been developed in the college. It is equipped with the latest generation of HCL computers and Microsoft licensed software, accordance with the requirement of the various courses. Free, limitless internet facility for students and faculty has been provided and for this a lease–line has been installed.

Ø       Communication skills & Language Lab

An elaborate course on communication skills has been prepared by our expert faculty. This course will be conducted on scientific lines with stress on spoken English and Reading-Writing-Listening Skills on the pattern of IELTS. As a majority of Indian professionals are woefully deficient in communication skills, a fact which becomes a stumbling block in their growth, the students of CIMT will enjoy an edge over other others in the employment market.

The college has developed a highly sophisticated and ultra modern language lab for conducting courses in communication skills, spoken English and other foreign languages like French. Latest international level techniques for the teaching of these languages have been developed.

A well equipped audio-visual Conference Room having seating capacity of 60 persons is provided to the students to enhance their business presentation skills. This gives a chance to the students to speak on a platform and to remove hesitation.

A WI-FI campus is being provided to the students so that they can avail internet facility anywhere in the campus. This facility helps them in research and academic activities and getting information at click of a button. The student also stays connected with the whole world.

v      SUmmer training & placements

The college will help in summer training and placements of the students for which tie-ups have already been done with IBM, HCL, WIPRO, UB Group and various other companies.

Proper Transportation is being provided to the students so they so they will not face any problem of conveyance.
