SCHOOL RULES
AND REGULATIONS
Every student must bring the school diary daily. Parents
should regularly check, teacher's remarks in the diary and
sign them.
Parents are requested to see that their ward who comes on
his/her own conveyance must reach the school 10 minutes
before the morning bell.
The school takes no responsibility if a student is sent home
for being late to school after three warnings.
No child will be allowed to go home or to be taken home during
school hours until prior written intimation is given to the
class teacher in the first period itself.
A booklet often leave application forms will be issued to each
student. Parents are requested to send the leave form duly
filled and signed if the leave is to be taken otherwise the
child will be fined Rs. 5/- per day of leave taken without
application.
Parents are not permitted to go to the class rooms during
school hours.
Parents are requested to come to school only on Saturdays
between 9.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. otherwise the school routine
is disturbed.
Children must ensure that they do not cause any damage to
school property. Otherwise a suitable fine individually or
collectively will be imposed to make good the loss.
The school will remain closed on every Second Saturday of the
month.
RULES AND REGULATIONS IN CASE OF ABSENCE AND WITHDRAWALS
90% attendance is compulsory for all students to appear in the
final examination.
Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more
than ten consecutive days, renders the student liable to have
his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted
only on payment of fresh admission fee, at the discretion of
the Principal.
A student returning to school after suffering from an
infectious or contagious disease will be requried to produce a
doctor's certificate, permitting him/her to attend the school.
Parents have to give one month's notice for withdrawal of
their wards, failing which a month's fee in lieu of notice
will be charged. A student can also be leave the school at the
discretion of the Principal on anyone of the following
grounds:
a) Discipline.
b) Unsatisfactory progress in work.
c) Detention or repeated detention in a class.
EXAMINATION RULES

For final assessment equal weightage is given to all the
three terminals and monthly tests.

In case a student remains absent for any exam (monthly as
well as terminal! the child will be awarded a ZERO. Request
for re- examination on medical ground or otherwise wilt not be
considered in any examination.

if a child does not bring his/her monthly test copy for
monthly tests, ZERO will be awarded for that particular
monthly test Under no condition will the child be allowed to
take the test on loose sheets of paper. Parents are requested
to go through the monthly test copies of their ward and see
that it is duly signed after every test, failing which 2 marks
will be deducted for that
subject.

Attendance on the working day prior to the starting of
terminal exams is compulsory for every student otherwise
he/she will be fined Rs. 50/-.

A day prior to the commencement of the terminal exams will
be a half working day, provided it is not a Sunday/Holiday on
that day.

Parents must collect the report cards of their wards
personally on the given date and time. Any parent who fails to
do so can collect the report card on Saturday only between
11:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Monthly tests for the academic year will be held in the
months of May, November and February 10% of student's final
marks will be allocated on bases of his performance in the
monthly tests and holiday home work.

10% weightage in the final score of a student would be
allocated to marks obtained in the two terminal exams..

Nursery to Prep-II
students will not be having any monthly tests. The assessment
will be on the basis of terminal examination and their all
round performance.
System of marking IX, X, XI and XII classes will be according
to C.B.S.E board examination, details of which will be
notified to the students from time to time. |
