Astrology is a long-established method of exploring ourselves, our relationships and our place within the world. It works by taking a look at the significant environmental influences operating in a particular place at a given time – as expressed through the horoscope in the symbolic relationships of the heavenly bodies. Astrology, the science of the stars, can give us insight into all manner of situations, from the personal to the political and from the most intimate to the most mundane.

I have put together a brief explanation of what astrology is and how it seems to work.

Veda is a Sanskrit word meaning "knowledge". Vedic means of the knowledge. This word was used in Ancient  India to describe the original culture given to humanity by Brahma, in the beginning of Creation. Then this knowledge was passed on to various Rishi's and to Men. Vedic refer to original knowledge given by God to human kinds.
 

Vedic astrology in its present form is thought to have been written several thousands years ago by ( the great Stage ) Maharishi Parashara . Parashara’s Book  "Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra" is the primer on Vedic Astrology.
 

This great Granth is in 2 volumes. The purpose of vedic astrology is to avoid problems before they arise. A good astrologer is a path finder for the family, society, culture, country and all over the world.
