3.USG Report : A heterogeneous mass of size 65.4 x 52.4 seen to the Rt.
Post lateral to urinary bladder ….. inter septet convection
4.General Body Weakness
5.Pt was advised radiotheraphy and chemotherapy treatment but she refused to the
treatment.
Her husband also died of
cancer and she was aware of the pain,
agony and out came of the treatment along c the expenditure.
