B.A. will buy one
option for the registration to Pushprishi
Technology to become Business Associate (BA
must not be less then 18 Yrs of Age) |

B.A while they are
registered they'll have the opportunity to do the
marketing for Pushprishi Technology and will have
the earning benefits as a commission of their work
done. |

B.A will operate
his/her own business and will abide by all the
rules regulations, policies and procedures as
amended time to time, At the sole discretion of
Pushprishi Technology |

4. |
B.A. is an
independent
contractor (for all purpose, legal, including
income tax and otherwise and is not an employee,
legal representative/agent of Pushprishi
Technology by this agreement. |

Any change in Govt.
policies, Pushprishi Technology will hold good
with the Govt. policies and favour. |
|
6. |
No refund in any
case, and kind shall be made by Pushprishi
Technology. |

7. |
The use of website of
Pushprishi Technology is subject to the terms and
conditions as displayed time to time. |

8. |
Pushprishi Technology
reserve the rights to refuse, cancel, suspend or
terminate B.A. ship of any person without
assigning any reason and prior notice. |

Legal Jurisdiction
will remain Patiala (Pb.) from any kind of dispute
or litigation. |
